Business Planning Specialist

This role operates as a key member of the Business Performance and Technology team, reporting to the Head of Connected Planning and System Innovation.

The primary objectives for this role include:

  • Supporting existing Anaplan platform use cases including resolving support tickets and prioritizing initiatives;
  • Conducting routine maintenance of the platform, including rollover activities, backup processes, and user management;
  • Identifying areas of improvement and providing input into recommendations for expanding the platform;
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders and external partners to develop and enhance solutions;
  • Providing support for testing, training, and documentation activities for both new and existing use cases; and
  • Offering support to the wider Business Performance and Technology team where required.

Additionally, this role requires:

  • Anaplan Model Builder Level 2 Certification;
  • Understanding of ALM and model governance practices;
  • A strong analytical mindset;
  • The ability to proactively identify process risks and problem-solve issues and find efficiencies;
  • The capacity to work autonomously;
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to partner with business stakeholders.
