Business Planning Specialist

This role operates as a key member of the Business Performance and Technology team, reporting to the Head of Connected Planning and System Innovation.
The primary objectives for this role include:
- Supporting existing Anaplan platform use cases including resolving support tickets and prioritizing initiatives;
- Conducting routine maintenance of the platform, including rollover activities, backup processes, and user management;
- Identifying areas of improvement and providing input into recommendations for expanding the platform;
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders and external partners to develop and enhance solutions;
- Providing support for testing, training, and documentation activities for both new and existing use cases; and
- Offering support to the wider Business Performance and Technology team where required.
Additionally, this role requires:
- Anaplan Model Builder Level 2 Certification;
- Understanding of ALM and model governance practices;
- A strong analytical mindset;
- The ability to proactively identify process risks and problem-solve issues and find efficiencies;
- The capacity to work autonomously;
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to partner with business stakeholders.
