The Role:

As the Member Consultation & Coordination Manager, you will oversee member relations, ensuring effective communication and coordination of services that enhance member experience and satisfaction.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Improve Member Satisfaction: gather feedback, understand member needs, and address concerns or interests.
  • Streamline Information Sharing: ensure effective information sharing between members and our organisation.
  • Partner Relationship Management: build and maintain strong relationships with members to encourage engagement and satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a Member Consultation role within the Financial Services sector.
  • Tertiary Qualification in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven experience working in the Payments sector is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
