Your RoleAs a Compliance Advisor, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate compliance risks, conduct investigations, and implement effective compliance programs.
Key Responsibilities- Analyse and interpret relevant legislation, regulations, and industry standards.
- Develop and implement compliance controls, procedures, and training programs.
- Conduct compliance investigations and risk assessments to identify potential issues proactively.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance requirements are met and foster a strong compliance culture.
- Prepare compliance reports and present findings to senior management.
- Relevant tertiary qualification in business, law, compliance, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks and industry best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Preferable experience in a compliance advisory role within the energy or utilities sector.
- Ability to work collaboratively across diverse teams and stakeholders.
