We're seeking a passionate and skilled individual to drive business growth and make a meaningful impact through tailored sustainability and decarbonisation solutions. As a key player in our Sustainability Practice, you will leverage your expertise to:

  • Identify and engage with potential clients to understand their sustainability challenges and goals
  • Collaborate with our seasoned consulting teams to develop innovative value propositions
  • Drive sales cycles from lead generation to closure, ensuring client satisfaction and successful project delivery for positive impact
  • Cultivate and expand client relationships, positioning Schneider Electric's Sustainability Business as a trusted sustainability partner

To succeed in this role, you'll require:

  • A proven track record in sales, preferably within sustainability, engineering, software, or consulting services
  • Strong understanding of sustainability trends, challenges, and opportunities
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

We offer a competitive salary package, including:

  • $85,000 - $120,000 per annum (based on location and experience)
