We are seeking a skilled professional to manage our hotel reservations and provide exceptional guest experiences. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maximizing revenue opportunities and ensuring seamless communication with guests.
Key Responsibilities- Manage room bookings and handle guest requests in a timely and efficient manner.
- Analyze Group Inventory controls, including monitoring Group Blocks, name lists, cut-off dates, and rate restrictions.
- Serve as liaison with booking platforms to ensure efficient workflow and communication.
- Monitor and respond to guest feedback about the reservation process.
- Assist with forecasting and inventory management.
- Stay up-to-date with all hotel packages, pricing, and promotional offers.
- Maintain current knowledge of Hotel events and local happenings.
- Demonstrate outstanding relationship building skills.
- Show attention to detail.
- Prior experience in a similar role within a hotel environment is required.
- Exhibit smart solutions and a can-do attitude.
- Energized by working in a fast-paced environment.
- Possess excellent grooming and presentation skills.
