About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Motor Enthusiast Underwriter. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers receive the best possible experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide information and product knowledge to customers to identify the right level of insurance protection to meet their needs.
  • Strive to make the complex simple while ensuring customer needs are met.
  • Share your passion for motoring and provide a unique service to ensure customers can drive or ride forward with confidence, knowing they are covered by Shannons.

Training and Development

We offer 7 weeks of comprehensive, onsite training to ensure you're fully equipped for success. This training will be held at our Cannington, Perth office and will cover all aspects of the role.
