About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Agribusiness Executive to join our Regional and Agribusiness banking team (RAB) in Brisbane. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a significant and diverse portfolio of clients across various sectors, including grain, cattle, dairy, and cotton producers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their individual needs and identifying new opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with CommBank product specialists to deliver a range of financial solutions tailored to clients' needs.
  • Drive strategy and deal execution, structuring and negotiating financial solutions while owning proactive risk management responsibilities.
Requirements
  • Strong commercial acumen and experience in managing and growing complex portfolios.
  • Ability to drive business origination across diverse customer sectors.
  • Extensive Agribusiness experience in various sectors with a strong regional professional network.
  • Tenacious, resilient, and confident with qualifications in commerce, finance, or a related field advantageous.
