Agribusiness Executive Role

We are seeking a seasoned agribusiness professional to build and maintain strong relationships with clients in regional Queensland, leveraging extensive and favourable relationships to drive business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their individual needs and preferences.
  • Collaborate with product specialists to deliver financial solutions that meet the needs of our clients.
  • Drive strategy and deal execution, structuring and negotiation of financial solutions that benefit our clients.
  • Own proactive risk management responsibilities to ensure the success of our clients.
Requirements
  • Ability to relocate to a suitable location.
  • Passion for building customer-centric relationships and driving business growth.
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience in managing complex portfolios.
  • Comfortable with driving business origination across diverse customer sectors.
  • Extensive Agribusiness experience in a range of sectors with sound regional professional networks.
  • Tenacious, resilient, confident, and self-starters with qualifications in commerce, finance, or a related field advantageous.
