Leadership Opportunity in Higher Degree Research

This role involves strategic leadership on Higher Degree Research at UNSW. The appointee will focus on developing and delivering training programs for HDR candidates and supervisors, while contributing to shaping HDR policy and governance.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop Training Programs: Create and deliver training initiatives for HDR candidates and supervisors to enhance their research skills and knowledge.
  • Contribute to Policy Governance: Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement effective HDR policy and governance frameworks.
  • National and International Representation: Represent the University at national and international levels, promoting its research capabilities and interests.
  • Collaboration and Partnership: Work closely with senior leaders, industry partners, and other universities to advance research collaborations and partnerships.

Employment Details

Part-time appointment (0.6 FTE), 5-year fixed term contract, pro-rata at Level C, D, or E. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
