The Graduate Research School role offers a pivotal leadership position overseeing the end-to-end delivery of services across the Higher Degree Research lifecycle. This is a unique chance to drive strategic initiatives and shape the future of graduate research.

This leadership position requires a strong mix of vision, strategy, and higher education expertise. Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading a dedicated team of professionals committed to delivering a seamless, client-focused HDR experience to candidates and supervisors.
  • Collaborating with senior leaders across faculties, schools, and professional units to embed innovative systems and streamline operations.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A postgraduate qualification or equivalent experience in Higher Degree Research management.
  • Proven experience managing high-performing teams with a client-first mindset.
  • Expertise in HDR policy, funding, systems, and national/international research trends.
