Your New Responsibilities

You will be the face of the organization, providing a warm, welcoming, and professional image of the company. Your daily responsibilities will include:

  • Managing a busy reception area with efficiency and poise
  • Supporting senior management with seamless communication and coordination
  • Coordinating appointments and maintaining a smooth office environment
  • Making inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and tact
  • Liaising with customers and clients to deliver outstanding results
  • Handling finance and billing tasks with precision and attention to detail
  • Creating time and cost breakdowns to facilitate informed decision-making
  • Utilizing basic word and excel skills to optimize productivity and efficiency
  • Presenting professionally and maintaining a positive phone manner at all times

Requirements for Success

To succeed in this role, you will require previous experience as a receptionist (minimum 12 months) and possess a high level of attention to detail, ability to work autonomously or in a team, and take initiative while maintaining a smooth office environment.
