
Customer Service Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Customer Service Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth service operations.
Your primary focus will be on managing bookings, handling overflow calls, and assisting clients as a Service Concierge. You will also be responsible for processing repair orders, adding value-added services to enhance the customer experience, and communicating proactively with clients about appointments, parts, and repairs.
Key Responsibilities- Manage Booking Operations:
- Process repair orders and ensure data accuracy.
- Add value-added services to enhance the customer experience.
- Communicate proactively with clients about appointments, parts, and repairs.
- Promote sales of parts, accessories, and services.
- Coordinate with the workshop team on repair progress and timelines.
In addition to these responsibilities, you will also be responsible for scheduling appointments, providing cost estimates, reconciling invoices, collecting payments, and maintaining client records.
Qualifications and Requirements- A professional appearance and positive attitude are essential for this role.
- You should possess strong administrative, communication, and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and follow through on tasks is crucial.
- Automotive administration experience is desirable but not mandatory.
