This is an exciting opportunity to take on a key role in driving contractor performance, planning, prioritising and managing administrative and operational activities. You will pursue efficiencies in facilities management across our sites.
You will play a pivotal part in developing forward-thinking maintenance and capital expenditure strategies, incorporating sustainable best practices, including energy-efficient solutions. This role allows you to shape the future of facilities operations while driving impactful change across our office, depot and network property assets.
About You
- A relevant qualification at degree level and/or experience in facilities (or similar) management and a Certificate III in a relevant trade are essential.
- High-level expertise in document preparation, written and verbal communication skills, organisational and time management skills are crucial.
- A cooperative approach to working in a team environment is vital.
