Are you passionate about ethical sourcing, human rights, governance, and data management? We're looking for a dynamic Ethical Sourcing Specialist to enhance our ethical sourcing governance processes, data management systems, and ensure compliance with our ethical sourcing program.

Your Key Roles:
  1. Analyse and improve existing ethical sourcing processes and governance systems.
  2. Implement process improvements to enhance the experience for internal teams and suppliers.
  3. Enhance governance structures, policies, and procedures to ensure accountability and transparency.
  4. Maintain robust program data to provide actionable recommendations on supplier compliance.
  5. Keep accurate records of corrective actions and next steps for suppliers.
  6. Communicate, coach, and support suppliers on compliance issues and broader requirements.
  7. Investigate supplier allegations and support remediation efforts.
  8. Contribute to the delivery of our Ethical Sourcing and Human Rights strategies.
About You:
  1. 3-5 years' experience in ethical sourcing, risk, compliance, data and process management, legal, quality, or a similar role.
  2. Skill in assessing risks associated with process changes and designing mitigation strategies.
  3. Experience in integrating new technologies to automate processes and improve efficiencies.
  4. Proficiency in creating and maintaining process documentation.
  5. Expertise in engaging stakeholders to ensure alignment with process changes.
  6. Background in ethical sourcing and human rights, knowledge of international standards and social compliance audit schemes like Sedex.
  7. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  8. Retail experience preferred.
