The Senior Strategic Sourcing Specialist will play a pivotal role in shaping the department's procurement strategy, overseeing all phases of the strategic sourcing process, and negotiating high-value contracts with suppliers.
This position requires a proactive, detail-focused individual with highly developed commercial, analytical, presentation, and negotiation skills, who can provide leadership and advice to the Procurement branch on various functions in support of the Chief Procurement Officer (CPO).
A key aspect of this position involves undertaking market research and data analysis to drive process improvements and identify opportunities for innovation, ensuring compliance with relevant procurement policies and procedures.

Qualifications:
Applicants must hold a bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant discipline and have 7-10 years' experience in managing end-to-end major sourcing events.
