As a Sourcing Recruiter, you will play a critical role in identifying and attracting top candidates to support our growth in Australia. You will work closely with hiring teams to develop effective sourcing and assessment approaches, using your expertise to manage customer/partner expectations and drive successful recruitment outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  1. You will develop and implement sourcing strategies to identify high-quality candidates, utilizing your knowledge of Talent Acquisition and functional areas of the business.
  2. In this role, you will build and maintain a network of potential candidates through pro-active market research and ongoing relationship management.
  3. You will conduct in-depth interviews of potential candidates, demonstrating your ability to anticipate hiring manager preferences through high offer-to-interview ratios.
  4. Recommend ideas and strategies related to recruitment that will contribute to the long-range growth of Amazon, implementing any new processes and fine-tuning standard processes for recruiting that fits within our mission to deliver the highest quality results to the customer.
  5. Articulate in writing a plan with deliverables, timelines, and a formal tracking process.
  6. You will interview candidates within the framework of the position specification.
  7. Possess strong ability to screen, interview and prepare an ideal candidate slate within an appropriate and consistent timeline.
  8. Participate in special projects/recruiting initiatives including assessment of best practices in interviewing techniques, leveraging of internal sources of talent and identification of top performers for senior-level openings.

Requirements
  1. You must have graduated from a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or related field within the last 24 months.
  2. Prior experience in research capacity for candidate generation is essential.
  3. You should have prior experience in building and utilizing a variety of sourcing plans and tools, including proactive phone and internet research.
