Merchandiser Role

Tip Top is seeking a skilled and motivated merchandiser to join our team in Glenelg, SA. As a merchandiser, you will be responsible for managing the availability of our products across various supermarkets, developing strong relationships with grocery store teams, identifying opportunities for growth, and maintaining high standards of product freshness.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a keen eye for detail. They will also have a reliable vehicle, be able to work independently, and have experience in FMCG merchandising or sales.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Stocking supermarket shelves with Tip Top products, ensuring they are displayed attractively
  • Building strong relationships with grocery store teams to drive sales growth
  • Identifying opportunities for improving product availability and promoting sales
  • Maintaining high standards of product freshness through regular rotation and replenishment
Requirements
  • A high level of enthusiasm and self-motivation
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to achieving set goals
  • A reliable, registered, and regularly serviced vehicle
  • An ability to work autonomously
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in FMCG Merchandising or Sales will be well regarded but not essential
