Job Title

We're seeking an experienced IT professional to join our team as a Live Events Administrator. This role combines technical operations with dynamic field deployments across various event spaces.

This hybrid position involves scoping and creating bespoke IT solutions to meet the requirements of events, delivering exceptional on-site support, and working with Microsoft Windows versions.

The successful candidate will have hands-on experience in IT support, preferably in L1/L2 environments or field service roles.

  • Technical Operations:
    • Designing and implementing bespoke IT solutions for events
    • Providing on-site support during high-pressure event situations
    • Maintaining accurate system records and configuration documentation
    • Utilizing JIRA for tracking and resolving technical issues
  • Client & Venue Management:
    • Collaborating professionally with clients and stakeholders
    • Communicating technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences
    • Promptly responding to service desk requests with comprehensive fault resolution tracking
About You:

We're looking for someone who excels in client-facing situations, has a strong technical skillset, and is comfortable with regular travel. Essential qualifications include at least one year of hands-on experience in IT support and proficiency in Windows administration, point-of-sale system management, and VPN technologies.
