We're looking for a candidate with excellent communication skills, the ability to work independently, and a strong understanding of financial markets and CFD trading. If you're a team player with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences, we'd love to hear from you.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Handle clients' deposits and withdrawals
* Follow account opening processes
* Answer inbound phone calls and emails
* Maintain a positive and helpful attitude towards customers
* Support other FX customer agents

**Requirements:**

* Ability to handle multiple languages
* Understanding of financial markets and CFD trading
* Ability to work independently and make sound decisions
* Open-minded and reliable team player
* Demonstrated professional communication skills and polished phone manner
