Exploring Amazonian Forest Foods and Culinary Arts Internship

This opportunity offers the chance to explore Amazonian forest foods and culinary arts in Ecuador.
\As an intern, you will learn about the diverse edible species found in the Amazon rainforest, including fruits, herbs, and spices. You will gain knowledge of traditional cooking methods and income-generation projects that support local communities.
\You will work closely with local farmers and cooks to identify edible plants, prepare traditional dishes, and experiment with different flavors and spices. You will also contribute to work in traditional agroforestry farms by planting, weeding, and harvesting products.
