Job Description

We are seeking a highly organised and experienced Practice Manager to oversee the operations of our cloud-based rural GP practices in Western Australia.

This is a predominantly remote role, with travel to our clinics for key activities such as accreditation and operational support.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Oversee daily practice operations remotely, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows.
  2. Manage accreditation processes and compliance requirements.
  3. Support our rural GP teams, providing guidance on policies, procedures, and best practices.
  4. Optimise practice performance using our Helix Practice Management Software and Healthengine Online Booking System.
  5. Work closely with doctors, nurses, and admin staff to foster a great team culture.
Requirements
  1. Previous experience in medical practice management (rural experience is an advantage).
  2. Familiarity with Helix (or similar practice management software) and cloud-based systems.
  3. Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
  4. Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
  5. A proactive and adaptable approach to managing remote teams.
  6. Ability to travel occasionally to rural WA practices.
