Remote Practice Manager – Rural GP Practices (Livingston Medical)

The Role:
We are looking for an experienced and highly organised Practice Manager to oversee the operations of a number of our cloud-based, rural GP practices in the Great Southern of Western Australia. This is a predominantly remote role, with travel to our clinics for key activities such as accreditation and operational support.

This role offers exceptional flexibility, making it ideal for someone who wants to balance work with personal commitments, such as school runs, excursions, and family life.

What You'll Do:
Oversee daily practice operations remotely, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows.
Manage accreditation processes and compliance requirements.
Support our rural GP teams, providing guidance on policies, procedures, and best practices.
Optimize practice performance using our Helix Practice Management Software and Healthengine Online Booking System.
Work closely with doctors, nurses, and admin staff to foster a great team culture.
Occasionally travel to our rural practices as needed for site visits and key events.

What We're Looking For:
*Previous experience in medical practice management (rural experience is a bonus but not essential).
*Familiarity with Helix (or similar practice management software) and cloud-based systems.
*Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
*Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
*A proactive and adaptable approach to managing remote teams.
*Willingness to travel occasionally to rural WA practices.
