About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Facilities Management Specialist to join our team at Gough Recruitment AU. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring building services are consistently maintained, and managing contractor relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations and ensure a smooth running of the facility
- Manage contractor relationships and perform regular inspections
- Assist with budgeting, reporting, and invoicing
- Serve as a point of contact for tenants and owners
About You:
- Experience in Building or Facilities Management is essential
- Baseline or NV1 clearance is preferred
- Strong background in delivering exceptional client service
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
