About the Role:

  • Support day-to-day operations and ensure all building services are maintained.
  • Manage contractors and conduct regular inspections.
  • Assist in budgeting, reporting, and invoicing.
  • Act as a liaison between tenants and owners.

About You:

  • Exposure to building or facilities management.
  • A baseline or NV1 clearance is favourable.
  • Previous experience in providing premium client service.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
