Our client has over 30 years of trading history and specializes in land development projects throughout the Perth region. They are currently looking for a reliable and skilled Civil Supervisor to lead their teams on various projects.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, directing, and supporting their team onsite to ensure all works are carried out safely and efficiently. This includes:

  • Supervising multiple projects simultaneously
  • Managing construction crews and allocating tasks to ensure quality standards are maintained
  • Organizing materials and machinery to meet project requirements

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience working as a Civil Supervisor on subdivision/land development projects and possess strong communication and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead pre-start meetings and oversee machinery pre-start checks
  • Manage site operations to ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and statutory regulations
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 3 years' experience working as a Civil Supervisor on subdivision/land development projects
  • Strong working knowledge of earthworks, drainage, underground services, pavement, and road construction
  • Ability to read and understand construction drawings and specifications
  • High regard and compliance to all HSE policies and procedures
  • Comfortable using standard programs such as MS Project, Excel, and Word
