Job Title: Digital Content Support Officer

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Digital Content Support Officer. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the development of internet and intranet content and related digital communication.

You will work closely with internal stakeholders to create engaging online content that showcases our organization's mission and values. Your primary objective will be to support our team in delivering high-quality digital content that meets the needs of our audience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the creation of digital content, including web pages, social media posts, and email communications
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop content strategies that align with our organizational goals
  • Conduct research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in digital content creation
  • Provide administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in digital content creation or a related field
  • Excellent writing and editing skills, with attention to detail and creativity
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
