Marketing Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Marketing Professional to join our dynamic team. As a key member of the marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to grow brand awareness and drive engagement.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and deliver compelling content across multiple channels to engage with diverse audiences
  • Create and manage email campaigns to nurture current client and partner relationships
  • Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand visibility and reach
  • Analyse campaign performance and recommend improvements to optimise results
  • Manage website analytics tools to track user engagement and behaviour
  • Support the wider communications and events teams with content and campaigns as required
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Current NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to obtain
  • Cert IV in disability, community services, employment services or a related field
  • Current NDIS Worker Orientation Module certificate of completion or willingness to obtain
  • A tertiary qualification in relevant discipline and/or relevant work experience that could be equated to tertiary qualifications
  • 2-3 years' experience in digital marketing, social media, content creation
  • Experience with dynamic content and audience segmentation
  • Experience in email marketing campaigns across a range of detailed audiences
