About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Content Specialist to join our team on a contract basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating engaging content across various marketing channels, including social media, email, and websites.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for content marketing who can think creatively and strategically. You will have agency over your workload and will be expected to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in content creation or social media marketing, as well as expertise in marketing and project management tools. They will also have a keen eye for detail and a creative flair.

In this role, you will have access to professional development activities and learning opportunities, and will be working alongside a team of experienced professionals.   • 30 hours/week available immediately, with opportunities to increase hours on a project basis.
  • $35-$45 +GST/hr based on experience + superannuation.
  • 12-month contract with potential to extend.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Creating engaging content for B2B, B2C, retail, property, education, hospitality, and service-based businesses weekly.
  • Transforming raw materials into reels & posts.
  • Copywriting & digital design for social media, websites, and email marketing.
  • Scheduling posts, reels & stories.
  • Managing client social media accounts.
  • Monitoring dashboards & assisting with reports.
  • Content planning & task tracking via Notion.
  • Supporting other tasks like strategy development, SEO, paid ads, client training, and SOP development.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years experience in content creation or social media marketing.
  • Experience managing social media across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn.
  • Photography & videography skills.
  • Experience with marketing & project management tools.
  • A keen eye for detail and a creative flair.
  • Graphic design experience (Canva or Adobe).
  • Stakeholder/client management skills.
  • Knowledge of SEM, SEO, paid ads, organic social & email marketing.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and take initiative.
  • Access to a vehicle for content capture in Perth.
  • Commitment to continuous learning.
