
Senior Clinical Communication Specialist

As a senior Speech Pathologist, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality services to individuals with diverse communication needs.
About the RoleThis is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for an experienced professional to lead multidisciplinary teams and develop tailored plans for clients across various settings.
- You will work closely with clients, families, and other stakeholders to assess, diagnose, and develop effective interventions for complex communication disorders.
- Your expertise will be applied in diverse settings, including family homes, schools, community centers, and healthcare facilities.
- You will collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery, develop policies, and implement best practices.
- A strong emphasis will be placed on ongoing learning and professional development, allowing you to grow your skills and expand your knowledge in areas such as AAC prescription, dysphagia management, and mental health.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Tertiary qualifications in Speech Pathology.
- Registration with SPA.
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience working with NDIS participants in a clinical or community setting.
- A car and driver's licence.
- A National Police Clearance, Working with Children/Working with Vulnerable People Check & NDIS Worker Screening Clearance.
