Senior Care Specialist Role

A dedicated and skilled professional is sought to provide holistic care to older adults in their homes and community settings. This rewarding role requires a strong interest in mental health and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver direct clinical nursing care to clients in line with best practice procedures
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments, provide medication management and wound care
  • Develop individualized nursing care plans in collaboration with clients and healthcare teams
  • Liaise with stakeholders to maintain client wellbeing
Requirements:
  • Current registration as a healthcare professional and degree or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years post-graduate experience and strong clinical assessment skills
  • Initiative and ability to work autonomously
  • Strong computer skills and driver's license
