Job Overview

We empower customers to create tailored bedroom solutions for every life stage, delivered with the passion and expertise of our professionals.

This is a one year fixed term maternity leave opportunity that requires a talented eCommerce Specialist to drive customer experience online.

Responsibilities
  • Optimize online merchandising initiatives to support business growth.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor experiments in our digital roadmap. Analyze results and present findings.
  • Deliver projects from our digital initiatives roadmap including UX improvement, platform implementation, and new website features.
  • Manage external development agency to brief, test and deploy website features ensuring timely web deployments and efficient sprints.
  • Collaborate with marketing team to support marketing activity.
  • Maintain website content and develop new pages or improvements when required.
  • Support product team with product launches and seasonal activity.
  • Enhance the online customer journey through personalization using customer data platform and personalisation tool to build segments for targeted content on the website.
  • Report bugs and issues with websites to the Head of Digital or directly to the web development agency.
  • Analyze website performance using Google Analytics to identify trends and insights to optimize site usability and inform digital marketing initiatives.
  • Work with Full stack developer to prioritize tasks and execute large scale development projects.
  • Support internal tickets regarding website or online issues.

The ideal candidate will be required to present a current Police check due to the inherent nature of managing sensitive material in this role.
