Job Description:

A Gaming Attendant plays a pivotal role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests by providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the gaming area runs smoothly. The ideal candidate will be proactive, customer-focused, and motivated to comply with responsible service of alcohol and gaming regulations.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Actively engage with guests by sharing passion for products and create special moments
  • Contribute positively to our culture of responsibility centered around safety and compliance
  • Complete machine payouts and cash handling tasks in accordance with hotel policies and gaming regulations

Requirements:
  • Great communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
  • Current industry RSA and RCG/RSG qualifications
