About the Role

You will play a pivotal role in creating memorable guest experiences by responding to all guest enquiries and requests in a professional and timely manner. This includes maintaining a thorough understanding of gaming promotions and services, utilising multiple systems to manage memberships and Private Gaming Room access, and assisting in conducting gaming promotions & draws.

Main Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service skills and a genuine passion for creating memorable guest experiences
  • Develop attention to detail and the ability to anticipate and meet guests' needs
  • Maintain computer literacy in Microsoft Excel and Word with the ability to learn other casino operating systems
  • Work flexibly across a 24/7 roster
  • Meet eligibility criteria for a Casino Employee license (which includes thorough background checks)
