Job Overview

Southport Sharks is seeking a professional and friendly Gaming Cashier to provide exceptional customer service to our members and guests.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who has a passion for gaming and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide prompt and efficient advice and assistance to members and guests on machine and loyalty system operation
  • Handle all cash and gaming associated transactions with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, free from hazards
Requirements
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of gaming experience
  • Previous experience working in a bar or hospitality environment is preferred
  • Current RSA and RSG qualifications are required
  • Initiative, communication and teamwork skills are essential
