Senior Civil Engineer Role

The Senior Civil Engineer will lead project delivery teams and drive the successful execution of projects to meet client expectations. This position requires managing and delivering projects from due diligence through to development application, coordination of designs and contract administration.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Oversee project delivery teams to ensure timely completion and satisfaction of client needs
  • Develop strong relationships with clients to enhance and maintain existing partnerships
  • Collaborate with Principal Engineers to optimize project workloads and meet deliverables
  • Contribute to sustainable business growth and profit generation
  • Manage commercial risks effectively and demonstrate sound judgment
