Sr. IT Support Specialist

Lead complex projects, handle escalated issues and manage technologies for clients.

  • Design and maintain network infrastructure for various clients
  • Administer Microsoft 365 including Exchange, Teams, Intune, SharePoint, and Azure AD
  • Configure and manage WatchGuard firewalls and VPNs
  • Deploy and manage physical and virtual servers
  • Support and maintain cloud file systems such as Egnyte and SharePoint
  • Provide technical support and mentor junior team members
  • Create and maintain technical documentation for client environments

You will have strong technical expertise across networking, server environments, Microsoft 365, and security infrastructure. Key competencies include:

  • Proven experience in IT support and network design
  • Strong capability with Microsoft 365 and Azure administration
  • WatchGuard or equivalent firewall configuration experience
  • Server deployment and maintenance experience
  • Confident with documentation, troubleshooting, and client interaction
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
  • MSP background
  • Relevant certifications in Microsoft, networking, or security
