Hybrid Working Role – we understand the commute struggleDown-to-earth team in a collaborative environmentGenerous staff discounts at over 400 retailers - including big brand namesAbout the RoleAs our IT Infrastructure Lead, you'll be responsible for:The maintenance and upgrades of all IT Systems Configurations, reliability, networks (LAN & WAN), internal and external IT security as well as virtualization hypervisors (VMWare & HyperV)Assisting with the management of cloud environments, including MOffice 365, AWS and third-party SaaS solutionsNetwork and device configuration of LAN/WAN, firewalls, routers, switches, remote access configurations and wireless access pointsMaintaining internal infrastructure requirements – i.e. laptop and desktop computers, servers, printers etc.Performing all backup operations and implement process for data protection, disaster recovery and failover proceduresContribute to IT Infrastructure design, planning and implantation following ITIL, ITSM and ISO security standardsAbout YouIn looking for our next top-talent, our ideal candidate will have:Bachelor's degree in IT/System Administration or equivalent5 years' experience of IT network, security or system administration experience – with a strong focus on IT Infrastructure managementCertifications in relevant System Administration, Microsoft or IT programs – i.e. Microsoft, VMware, Linux, Azure, Active Directory, Exchange etc.In-depth understanding and hands-on experience with patch management strategist for both Windows Server environments and VMware InfrastructureHighly proficient in configuring, managing and troubleshooting enterprise-grade firewalls, VPN's, IPS and complex routing and switching infrastructuresProven professional and leadership attributes, including exceptional verbal and written communication skills, experience in developing and training a team, excellent time management skills and an ability to prioritise effectively while meeting competing deadlinesCandidates who are successful at reaching the interview phase will be expected to demonstrate technical skills in a test environment.About usSunPork Group is Australia's leading farmer-owned and operated pork producer, committed to delivering the highest quality fresh Australian pork to market.
