Job Opportunity

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated support worker to join our team on the Sunshine Coast.

This is a casual position with flexible shifts available in Caboolture, Morayfield, and North Lakes caring for all ages 9 years and over 18s.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide person-centered support to individuals with disabilities
  • Assist with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and medication administration
  • Facilitate community participation and social activities
  • Promote independence and well-being
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Essential Requirements:
  • Yellow Card/Blue Card (or willing to obtain)
  • Current First Aid Certificate
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willing to obtain)
  • Certificate III in Individual Support or field related qualification (or willing to obtain)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Reliable transport and a valid driver's license
