About our organisation

We are currently recruiting experienced nurses & graduates for roles that require a high level of care and compassion.

  • Work various shifts from morning, afternoon, night shifts, and weekend shifts
  • Ensure the delivery of excellent patient care through a person-centered approach
  • Assist senior nursing staff in supervising the care team
  • Develop your clinical skills and be part of a dynamic and caring team

About the role:

Our caregivers are the backbone of our care team, providing high-quality support to residents with their daily living activities. If you’re passionate about delivering exceptional patient care and have a strong desire to make a difference, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Interaction with residents, families, and friends in a helpful and positive manner
  • Deliver excellent customer service
  • Complete reporting and documentation based on our policies and procedures
  • Work collaboratively as part of a team and demonstrate team spirit
  • Provide quality support to residents with their daily living activities

Skills and Experience:

  • Demonstrated ability to work to required resident outcomes
  • Availability to work different shifts on each roster
  • Previous experience in a similar role (desirable but not essential)
  • Qualified with a Certificate III in Individual Support (minimum requirement) or are currently studying a nursing degree and have completed a clinical placement
