Job Role

We seek experienced caregivers who are dedicated to delivering exceptional care services to individuals in their own homes. Our team is committed to empowering clients to live fulfilling lives, regardless of age or ability.

  • Provide high-quality care experiences that are genuine, compassionate, and tailored to individual needs
  • Deliver care following client care plans developed by senior caregivers
  • Meet safety requirements of clients and use equipment safely and properly
  • Complete records and documentation accurately and thoroughly
  • Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A passionate advocate for exceptional care standards
  • A self-motivated professional with the ability to take ownership of own behavior and success
  • Coachable and open to feedback
  • Registered or Enrolled Nurse registration
  • CPR and First Aid certification
  • Valid driver's license
  • National Police Check (Aged Care/Vulnerable Persons Sector)
  • Working With Children Check
  • NDIS Worker Screening Approval
  • NDIS Worker Orientation Module Completion
