About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and passionate caregiver to join our team. Your primary responsibility will be to provide premium care experiences to our clients, ensuring their safety, comfort, and well-being.

Job Requirements
  • Provide genuine, compassionate, and personalized care to clients
  • Assist with activities of daily living, including personal care, meal preparation, light housekeeping, transport, and companionship
  • Deliver care in accordance with client care plans developed by registered nurses
  • Meet client safety needs and use equipment safely and properly
  • Complete records and documentation accurately and thoroughly
Skills and Qualifications
  • Passionate about making a difference in people's lives
  • Self-led leader with the ability to take responsibility for your own behavior and success
  • Previous caregiving experience is an asset
  • Able to speak and write in English; other languages are also beneficial
  • Ability to identify and report client care concerns to care designers when needed
