We are seeking an experienced Engagement and Communications Advisor to lead and deliver impactful communication initiatives. This role plays a key part in enhancing learning journeys, stakeholder relationships, and professional development programs across the country.

Role Overview

As the Stakeholder Engagement and Communications Advisor, you will design, coordinate, and evaluate effective communications and engagement strategies that support professional learning and leadership development initiatives. You will ensure that campaigns, stakeholder engagement activities, and participant experiences are strategic, engaging, and continually improved through data-driven insights.

About the Role

Key responsibilities include developing and implementing stakeholder engagement and alumni management plans, leading communication campaign strategies across multiple mediums, analysing and evaluating the effectiveness of initiatives, and overseeing enrolment strategies and online promotion of professional learning programs.

Key Responsibilities

Skills and Qualifications
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with proven ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise and deliver outcomes under pressure.
  • Knowledge of marketing and communications theory, tools, and practices.
  • Experience working with learner management systems and online content management systems.
