Effective patient care requires dedication and compassion. A skilled Cleaner plays a vital role in maintaining a clean and safe environment.
The Cleaner will be responsible for adhering to infection control guidelines, ensuring the facility is cleaned according to prescribed routines. This involves working collaboratively as part of a multi-disciplinary team to provide responsive and flexible service to consumers.
To excel in this position, you will need:
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning work, including time management, organizational, and communication skills. Adaptability and problem-solving abilities are essential.
- A compassionate, flexible, and positive approach to caring for patients.
- The ability to nurture friendly relationships and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
You will also be required to demonstrate:
- A current NDIS clearance check
- Proof of current influenza vaccination and other vaccination status consistent with public health orders.
