About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Analyst to join our team at Great Southern Bank. As a key member of our analytics team, you will play a critical role in driving business outcomes through data-driven insights and strategic decision making.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver timely and accurate data products to support business decision making
  • Develop and maintain complex data models, reports, and dashboards using PowerBI and DAX
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and provide data-driven solutions
  • Design and implement data visualizations to communicate insights effectively
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and visualization
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in data analysis or technical data analysis
  • Strong proficiency in SQL, SAS, or similar languages
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as PowerBI and DAX
  • Ability to work in agile methodologies and collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
