Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team in Frenchs Forest. This is an onsite, full-time role supporting the distribution of medical devices and consumables.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Processing and fulfilling customer orders accurately and on time
  • Being the main point of contact for customer enquiries via phone and email
  • Coordinating deliveries, tracking shipments, and resolving any issues
  • Managing stock levels and liaising with suppliers to avoid backorders
  • Keeping systems updated and maintaining accurate records using tools like Cin7 Core
  • Supporting compliance with regulatory and internal standards
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in customer service, order fulfillment or warehouse/logistics support
  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive, customer-first mindset
  • Great attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple tasks
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office/Google Workspace; Cin7 Core experience is a bonus
  • Must be available to work full-time onsite (Mon–Fri) at our office
