Job Title: Early Childhood Teacher

Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Teacher to join our team at St Nicholas Diocese of Maitland-Newcastle.

About the Role: As an Early Childhood Teacher, you will be responsible for the development and implementation of the curriculum and progress of the designated room. You will work closely with the Educational Leader to ensure the delivery of high-quality education and care to our children.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement the curriculum and progress of the designated room
* Work closely with the Educational Leader to ensure the delivery of high-quality education and care
* Assess the needs of children and monitor their progress
* Ensure the implementation of the ELYF curriculum suitable to the needs and interests of children in care
* Demonstrate a commitment to ongoing professional development and learning

Requirements:

* Degree in Early Childhood Teaching as recognised by the Australian Children's Education and Care Authority (mandatory)
* NSW accredited Teacher
* Child protection qualification
* Current First Aid Certificate, Anaphylaxis and Asthma Management training
* Working with Children Check verification number
