The Role

We are seeking Certificate III and Diploma qualified Educators to join our well-established service at Gillieston Heights on a permanent full-time basis.

You will have the opportunity to evolve in your role and progress within the organisation through various learning and development pathways.

Key Responsibilities
  • Knowledge of child development stages and ability to engage children through activities and experiences
  • Effective communication with children, families, and staff
  • Experience in or interest in additional needs and challenging behaviors
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development in early childhood
  • Ability to undertake physical requirements involved in an early childhood setting
Requirements
  • Approved Certificate III or Diploma qualification in early childhood education and care
  • Child protection qualification
  • Current First Aid Certificate and Anaphylaxis and Asthma Management training
  • Working with Children Check verification number
