Speech Pathologist Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Speech Pathologist to join our multidisciplinary team. Our organisation is committed to delivering high-quality, evidence-based early intervention and therapy services to children and their families.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive assessments and therapy to a paediatric caseload, delivering direct, family-based and community-based support for developmental delays and disabilities.
  • Conduct assessments and intervention sessions across a mixed-age caseload, collaborating with key stakeholders to achieve quality outcomes.
  • Work closely with diverse groups, providing information, education and support.

Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualifications in Speech Pathology and registration with the relevant professional association.
  • A passion for working with individuals with disabilities to help each client achieve goals and participate meaningfully in their community.
  • Exceptional communication skills to work in culturally diverse environments and collaborate in a multidisciplinary team.
