Role DescriptionThis is a full-time Occupational Therapist role with a hybrid work arrangement. The role is located in Penrith, NSW, with opportunities for some remote work. The Occupational Therapist will be responsible for assessing clients\' needs, developing personalized rehabilitation plans, and implementing therapeutic interventions to enhance function and promote independence. Daily tasks include working with clients, case managers, insurers, and health professionals to deliver goal-oriented care, documenting progress, and participating in multidisciplinary team meetings.
Qualifications- Proficiency in Occupational Therapy and Rehabilitation skills
- Sound knowledge of Medicine
- Experience working with Pediatrics is beneficial
- Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills
- Ability to work both independently and within a team
- Current General registration with AHPRA
- Valid driver\'s license and ability to travel to client locations as needed
- Bachelor\'s degree in Occupational Therapy or a related field
