We are seeking a dedicated and passionate occupational therapist to join our dynamic team.
As an occupational therapist with our organization, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on people's lives by helping them build confidence, independence, and skills for everyday life.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering functional capacity assessments and tailored intervention plans, supporting skill development in daily living, community participation, and emotional regulation, collaborating with multidisciplinary team members and care staff, and providing practical strategies for improving routines, transitions, and sensory regulation.
About You- You are a registered occupational therapist with AHPRA, experienced in supporting children or adolescents, particularly in community or disability contexts.
- You are confident in delivering assessments, writing reports, and communicating with support teams.
- You are able to work independently with strong time management skills and committed to strengths-based and collaborative practice.
- Opportunities to influence and co-create our growing clinical framework.
- Alignment with progressive, non-pathologizing service models.
- Supervision and support from a collaborative multidisciplinary team.
